I initially contacted 'The Sandblasting Company' after seeing their impressive website. When speaking with Matt who answered the phone, I was immediately impressed. His patience and knowledge bowled me over. He gave me time and answered all of my questions more than adequately. He came out to my house in Norfolk, surveyed the work and priced up the project of sandblasting the front of my 1889 house, and promptly booked me in for the work. He and his team came out to see me at the exact date & time we had arranged. They carried out the work in a timely manner, finished the job, and tidied up leaving my property in an immaculate state. They would not put their tools & machinery away until they had my approval and they made sure that I was 100% satisfied. I'm as impressed with their service as I am the job itself. The brickwork has been restored to its former glory, and I am over the moon with the result. I can't recommend this company enough. Efficient. Friendly. Clean.Professional. Caring. Punctual. From the inquiry to the site survey, you were extremely knowledgeable in your field, and addressed all questions and concerns without hesitation. Even raising Health and safety concerns for us to address for the public’s safety. You gave me full confidence that you were the right company to undertake the contract, and then from start to completion the date,you kept me updated with a daily progress report. You even applied two teams to the project to meet our tight deadline, and the finish to the Grand entrance gates and perimeter ornate railings were outstanding. All Paint and rust removed! We engaged Matt and his team to sandblast the paint off of a Victorian Cottage, which is no easy job! The team were incredibly efficient, and professional and handled the property with care. Excellent service, fast and efficient and my fireplace has come out beautifully.

Our period cottage has been so dim in the winter months, due to the dark beams, window frames and the oak fireplace surround. I had not previously noticed, until we went to visit friends who have a property of similar age to ours. It was my wife that first admired the golden colour of their oak beams. Our friends told us they had recently had all of the timbers sandblasted, to remove centuries of smoke soot & grime, We asked who did it and that’s when we first heard of the Sandblasting Company. We contacted Matt, the owner of the Sandblasting Company, who promptly came to our home, to undertake a survey. He really paid attention to our comments and listed to our concerns. Matt carefully explained the process and the measures he would take to protect our property and to minimise dust. Matt gave us an informal order of cost, which was less than we were expecting. The cost had not changed when we received the formal quotation next day and aspects covering all of the points we raised were addressed in writing, plus the addition of proof of company Indemnity Insurance.
